Holiday Inn Express Castro Valley - I-580 by IHG

Staff was amazing. They saw us with a baby when we tried dropping luggage as we got there a bit early, and gave us with complementary early check in. We couldn’t have started off with a nicer gesture than this for our three nights stay. Clean room, good breakfast, friendly staff and great location was worth the price.

A group of us volunteers for a certain organization spend the night and the hotel staff went out of their way to make sure that we had some breakfast before 7 AM. They had it ready at 6:30. We were so thrilled and felt so taken care of thank you so much, our organization will definitely be using this hotel for many years to come for our certain events we have

Property was SUPER clean. Really loved the comfort of the bed and pillows. The room was spacious with plenty of seating in addition to the beds. The water pressure was great and loved the provided hand, body soaps and shampoo, etc. Just perfect!!

Everything but please stop reminding about this visit my girlfriend broke up with me and im trying to forget about her

I really liked the location had a quiet atmosphere, while being so close to several restaurants, convenient stores, etc & major highways .Staff was friendly, attentive & curtious.
