Friendliness of staff and their willingness to please. Cleanliness of room and hotel. Breakfast room was well stocked and maintained. Hotel location was close to just about everything you might need. Really.

Staff was amazing. They saw us with a baby when we tried dropping luggage as we got there a bit early, and gave us with complementary early check in. We couldn’t have started off with a nicer gesture than this for our three nights stay. Clean room, good breakfast, friendly staff and great location was worth the price.

The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was good. Typically these 'free' breakfasts are fine, but this was actually good. Loved the lady keeping the food full. She was very sweet. Nicer than I would have been to some of those guests.

A group of us volunteers for a certain organization spend the night and the hotel staff went out of their way to make sure that we had some breakfast before 7 AM. They had it ready at 6:30. We were so thrilled and felt so taken care of thank you so much, our organization will definitely be using this hotel for many years to come for our certain events we have

Property was SUPER clean. Really loved the comfort of the bed and pillows. The room was spacious with plenty of seating in addition to the beds. The water pressure was great and loved the provided hand, body soaps and shampoo, etc. Just perfect!!

Convenient to locations we needed to visit. Lots of nearby restaurants and access to freeways. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. The free breakfast was very nice.

The hotel staff were so accommodating and helpful. The service is truly amazing. Breakfast was delicious and our rooms were very comfortable! We met friends and family at the hotel for my wedding and staff was able to get us on the same floor near each other. Truly amazing.
